Sisa Charity exists to close the gap between education and employment for young people in Ghana.
While Ghana produces thousands of capable graduates each year, many face barriers to meaningful employment due to limited access to industry-relevant skills and real-world experience. Sisa Charity addresses this challenge by delivering structured digital training, professional mentoring, and long-term career support.
Our programmes are delivered online and supported by volunteer professionals from the UK and international Salesforce ecosystem.
